How to Take CBD Oil with a Pipette
The most effective way to take CBD oil is by placing it under your tongue. Shake the bottle well, then use the pipette to measure your dose of 5 drops. Squeeze the oil under your tongue and hold it there for at least 60 seconds before swallowing. This allows the CBD to absorb directly into your bloodstream for faster and more noticeable results.
